§ 1 Definitions

§ 4 Account Registration

§ 5 Account Security

- You must not disclose your 88ed login credentials to any third party, including individuals purporting to be 88ed customer support representatives. 88ed staff will never ask for your account password under any circumstances.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 88ed account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless 88ed is notified promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

§ 6 Deposits & Payment Processing
All deposits to 88ed accounts are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 88ed accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. 88ed does not charge any fees on deposits processed through these methods, though your payment provider's own terms and fees may apply independently.
- All payment methods used for deposits at 88ed must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not permitted and constitute a breach of these Terms.
- Deposits are credited to your 88ed balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the initiating institution's processing schedule.
- 88ed reserves the right to request documentary evidence of payment method ownership as part of the KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal associated with that payment method.
- 88ed does not accept deposits from payment methods linked to credit facilities, including credit cards, where such payments may constitute credit-funded gambling contrary to responsible gaming principles.
- All deposits are subject to 88ed's anti-money laundering monitoring procedures. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger additional verification requirements.

§ 7 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from 88ed accounts are processed in PKR to the verified payment method associated with the account. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification prior to first withdrawal and on subsequent occasions if additional verification is triggered by 88ed's compliance procedures.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and previously verified by 88ed. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- 88ed charges no withdrawal fees. The full PKR amount requested by the account holder will be transmitted to the specified payment method, subject to any charges imposed by the receiving institution which are outside 88ed's control.
- JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day but may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- 88ed reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as part of its AML compliance obligations.
- Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is not permitted until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Real Money balances are not subject to wagering requirements.
- In cases where 88ed determines, following investigation, that a withdrawal request is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, 88ed reserves the right to withhold the requested funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such funds.
§ 8 Bonuses & Promotions
88ed Casino offers various bonus programmes and promotional offers to eligible registered users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. - Bonuses are credited to the designated Bonus Funds balance of a qualifying account and are subject to wagering requirements before being convertible to withdrawable funds. The standard wagering requirement for each bonus is specified in the applicable promotional terms.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotional terms for a specific offer explicitly state otherwise.
- If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus with an active wagering requirement is in place, 88ed may void the bonus and associated bonus winnings before processing the withdrawal.
- 88ed reserves the right to void and reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-variance games to satisfy wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of the promotion, or coordinating with other Users to share bonus advantages.
- All bonus offers are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification by 88ed at any time without prior notice, except where a User has already actively claimed and commenced using a specific bonus, in which case the terms current at the time of claiming shall apply.
- Bonuses are only available to Users who have opted in to receive promotional communications or have actively claimed the bonus through the designated mechanism. 88ed does not automatically apply unclaimed bonuses to accounts.
§ 9 Gameplay, Fairness & Acceptable Use
All games available through 88ed Casino are supplied by certified providers whose software uses independently tested random number generators (RNG) to determine game outcomes. 88ed does not control, adjust, or manipulate the outcomes of any game. Game results are generated by the underlying software of each game provider, subject to the stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages published in each game's information panel.

- Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name for deposits or requesting withdrawals to payment methods not in your own name.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, reversed payments, or knowingly depositing funds from illegal sources.

§ 11 Responsible Gaming

- 88ed's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the total deposits made by that User to their 88ed account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude 88ed's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
§ 14 Account Termination & Suspension
88ed Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the 88ed platform or other Users.
- Upon termination of an account for cause, any balance consisting of Real Money Funds (net of any active or pending Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) may be returned to the User's verified payment method following investigation, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture as a consequence of the breach.
- Users who wish to voluntarily close their accounts in good standing may request account closure via live chat. Remaining Real Money balances will be returned to the verified withdrawal method following completion of standard checks.
